SHIPPING RATES
All orders over $99 (before discounts) receive free shipping within Canada & the US.
FREE local pickup is available in Durham Region (Pickering). Once you place your order, we will be in contact with a pickup address.
For orders under $99 in Canada:
$10 flat rate shipping within Ontario & Quebec
$12 shipping to the rest of the provinces
For orders under $99 to the US, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. All orders receive a tracking number.
For orders to Australia, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders receive a tracking number.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Tiny Kinfolk understands how excited you are to receive your new items! As such, we will ship your items within 1-3 days of receiving an order. If we have a sale or promotion, sometimes things might take a little longer.
All our shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number
Tiny Kinfolk cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their country duty and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will do what we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied! If, for any reason you would like to make a return please send your item(s) back to us in its original condition (unwashed, unworn and with tags attached) and once we have received the item we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You will have 14 days from the date you receive your order to do so. Please note that the cost of returning items to Tiny Kinfolk will be incurred by the customer.
Tiny Kinfolk is unable to offer any returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item, please email hello@tinykinfolk.com and include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Exchange requests must be made 14 days from the date you receive your order. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred for returning the item.
